By accessing, registering, or using the Visionactualid platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we ask that you refrain from using the platform.

Visionactualid operates a collaborative financing (crowdfunding) technology platform focused on the Colombian real estate sector. Through this platform, users can: • Explore real estate development projects available for collective investment. • Make capital contributions to projects of their choice. • Receive proportional returns on their investment once project objectives are met. Visionactualid acts as a technology intermediary and not as a financial advisor, securities broker, or public resource-capturing entity.

To use the platform's investment services, the user must: • Be of legal age under Colombian law (18 years or older). • Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. • Complete the identity verification (KYC) procedure in accordance with current anti-money laundering regulations. • Have a bank account in their name at a Colombian financial institution.

The user acknowledges and accepts that: • All investments made through the platform carry inherent risks, including possible partial or total loss of capital. • Projected returns are estimates based on financial analysis and do not constitute a guarantee of results. • Investments are illiquid during the project term and cannot be withdrawn early except under expressly provided conditions. • Visionactualid does not guarantee the success of projects or estimated returns.

The user agrees to: • Use the platform in accordance with current legislation and these Terms and Conditions. • Not provide false or misleading information. • Maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials. • Not use the platform for illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering or terrorism financing. • Immediately notify Visionactualid of any unauthorized use of their account.

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, design, data compilations, and software, is the property of Visionactualid or its licensors and is protected by Colombian and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or any unauthorized use of the content is prohibited without prior written consent from Visionactualid.

Visionactualid shall not be liable for: • Losses or damages arising from investment decisions made by users. • Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure. • Actions of third parties that affect the operation of funded projects. • Inaccuracies in information provided by project developers, notwithstanding the verification processes carried out.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from the interpretation, execution, or compliance of these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent judges and courts of the city of Bogotá D.C., Colombia. For disputes of lesser amounts, the parties may resort to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms provided under Colombian law, including mediation and arbitration before the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce.

Visionactualid reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be published on the platform and, when substantial, will be notified to registered users by email at least fifteen (15) days before they take effect.
